Businesses can now add images, templates and quick replies to private replies responding to posts and comments on their pages. Private replies had previously been text-only.
Facebook is also beta-testing a dynamic persistent menu and composer to give businesses the chance to personalize conversations with customers at the user level. Relevant menu options will be provided at different points in the customer journey. Developers and partners can sign up here for the closed beta.
App link support is being added to URL buttons so that when people click them, developers and businesses can provide a button that will directly open the target native application.
